Stay or Go?
The only reason, really, to leave a relationship is if one person is unwilling or unable to work on it. That might be you. Coming to certainty can be a bit of a process.
For relationships that need Intensive Care, ICU stands for Intention, for you and the relationship and your partner, the Curiosity to drill into the fear and hope, which leads to Understanding and making agreements about old patterns. If you’ve got someone who can’t make or won’t keep agreements, that’s an entirely different kettle of fish.
Meantime we do need to pause, Acknowledge and Accept what we’re thinking and feeling before doing anything we have a fear of future fear about. Sometimes the Plan to Make a Plan.
